Unique Lists
Have a spreadsheet with a list of employees. Imagine, just simple basic info. Now, on another tab, have certifications and training (if completed) tied to the employee. I was thinking of a Unique list, but that won't work in a table. Turn the employee list into a query, so it updates on the other sheets?

Your inquiry has had close to 70 views without a reply. Usually that's because the inquiry itself is unclear. Might I suggest that you provide a sample (without real names) of the workbook you have--place it on OneDrive or GoogleDrive and paste a link here that grants access. And then make more clear what it is that you are trying to achieve, what's not been working, how you would like it to work. Describe this in plain words; let us make the Excel translation.
