UNICODE HELP
Not sure about numpad. Decimal code of that character is 8467, HEX 2113.
From ribbon Insert-Symbol, select here Unicode (hex) and enter 2113.
If 2113 + Alt + X it shows the symbol in code box.

SergeiBaklan thanks but I don't understand what the HEX part means.
Is U the normal letter U or am I misunderstanding this

HEX means that's hexadecimal number. perhaps easiest way to convert decimal number to hexadecimal one (if without formulae) is to use Windows built-in calculator in Programmer mode
Not sure how to enter such characters in Excel with numpad only. If, for example, to do that in Notepad or Word, when
2113+Alt+X
(2113 on numpad, press Alt and hold Alt, press X, release Alt)
- Jo-AnnDPJun 27, 2023Copper ContributorYes that makes more sense. Thanks for the help. I will have to use the ribbon in Excel I think and the codes in Word. I appreciate your explanation 🙂

Okay, found it. To enter unicode characters in Excel with numpad, you need first to add into Windows Registry the key EnableHexNumpad. How to that is here ALT Codes for Symbols and Characters • My Online Training Hub, more close to the end of the post.
