=SUM(IF(NOT(ISNA(D7:D17)),1))You can try this formula. Enter the formula with ctrl+shift+enter if you don't work with Office 365 or Excel 2021.
=VLOOKUP(C7,$E$2:$F$4,2,FALSE)This is the formula in cell D7. The formula is filled down to D17.
