Undoing Grouping?

Right-click any of the sheet tabs.
Does the context menu contain an item 'Ungroup Sheets'?
If so, click it.
Does that solve your problem?

So what exactly is the problem?

HansVogelaar This is a file for school and it started off with there being one tab that said "Inventory" now it's 4 separate tabs after I accidentally hit something I assume and now I see 4 different tabs and wanna know how I can reverse or undo it. I've tried downloading that same file again and opening it but it still only shows the 4 different tabs instead of Inventory.
