Unable to sign in to my microsoft account (No Network Connection)
Hi good folks, I hope somebody out there can help me. I normally use Excel a phenominal amount, but recently downgraded (due to horrendous price increase) from Microsoft 365 to Microsoft ...
I recommend addressing the error message first concerning expired credentials.
First, in Excel go to File | Account and choose to Sign Out of your M365. If there's a 'Fix' button or another message, ignore it for now. Also, don't try signing back in immediately.
Next, go to the credentials manager and clear any mention of 'Office' in Windows credentials.

After you've cleared the stored credentials, open Excel and attempt to login when prompted. If not prompted, go to File | Account and choose to sign in. If the error persists, restart the computer and then try again.
