Unable to sign in to my microsoft account (No Network Connection)
Hi good folks, I hope somebody out there can help me. I normally use Excel a phenominal amount, but recently downgraded (due to horrendous price increase) from Microsoft 365 to Microsoft ...
Would suggest trying the following before reaching out to Microsoft support:
- Check the Internet connection say browse to www.microsoft.com
- Try signing in using a different browser
