Unable to replicate formulas automatically anymore

I have been creating a formula for example =sum(B5-100)  usually you can grab the bottom right corner and drag it down to replicate the same formula. I am unable to do so now and it just has the cross icon. I have checked another computer and it works but not on my excel.

Does anyone have any idea on how to change the setting?

there is only a cross symbol where the curser used to be also if that helps.

    Excel --> Options --> Advanced --> In "Editing Options" (Normaly it is the first part of Advanced Options)

     

    Check "Enable fill handle and cell drag-and-drop"  is checked
