Unable to remove Repeat Item Labels in a Pivot Table

Hello, In my Data sheet the first column is made up of different Countries. In my Pivot table certain countries appear multiple times when I select the "Country" field and add it to either rows or columns.  I have followed the advice of this support page, but it doesn't help : https://support.office.com/en-us/article/repeat-item-labels-in-a-pivottable-882bdb55-9cdc-4d8d-b531-8e96e41dea31

This is also happening to other data sets in the same worksheet.
