Unable to recover excel sheet data

Close a workbook on last day after adding some content then afterwards when I tried to open, a window prompts and asking for recover, after clicking on yes, window popup and shows repair records in hyperlink format.
I have done 1300+ entries in that particular sheet on last day, but now it only shows day before yesterday entries. last day entries is totally gone.

Attaching the excel file, issue is on 4rth sheet.

Please Help!!

    Hello,Deep_U

In general, the Excel has an autosave function, you can have a check at first. If you still can not find your data, you can again try a recovery tool, there are so many choices, you can choose one you prefer. But form my experience, most programs are not free to use and even expensive, sometimes they also not function well. So I recommend Bitwar Data Recovery which I have used for so many times. This tool is free and good to use, maybe you can also have a try.

    Best Regards.

  • Hello

Just to ask whether you CRTL + S after making the data entry?

Really can't tell why the 1300+ data you entered isn't part of the data you entered previously after executive CTRL + S.

I can only see 605 records in the sheet4. I understand that it's not a joke to enter over 1300 records and for the records not be found. It's a good practice to have back up file in case this kind of unexpected occurs!

If unzip the file and check xml structure there are only 605 records for sheet4, all dated on 18 Jan 2020. Same shows recovered file.

Unfortunately no more information within the file. If only you have kind of backup file (autosave, versions on OneDrive or like).
