unable to record macro

I just install Office 365 and have some problems using excel.

When I try to record a macro, accept the name and location but after pressing OK appears a small window saying "unable to record."

I can write and use macros but not record.

I uninstall and install Office 365 again as well as windows 10 but it did not help.

Would appreciate any help.
