Unable to Protect Worksheet
Hello, I locked my cells and added a password to protect my worksheet but I am still able to edit. The only thing users are allowed to do is 1) select locked cells and 2) select unlocked cells. Protecting the worksheet didn't work. What am I doing wrong?

Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar? Alternatively, you can attach it to a private message to me. Thanks in advance.
Thank you for your reply. I actually figured it out! I had to use the browser version of excel to remove and re-add the protection setting.
