Unable to customize keyboard shortcuts in excel 365

 I agree with Haytham.

In Excel the only customizable Shortcuts are:

1- The ones you create for running Macros (in the Macro Recorder)

2- The Shortcuts used to run commands from the Quick Access Toolbar , using ALT + a number that corresponds to the order of the command in the Quick Access Toolbar.

e.g. If you have 5 commands on the QAT ordered as follows

Save

Undo

Redo

Conditional Formatting

Pivot Table

 

Hitting ALT + 5 will open the Insert Pivot Table dialog box.
