UK postcode geography data types

Hi,

I have recently started using geography data types in Excel and they are so useful.  One thing I've not managed to work out though, is how to use UK Postcodes and make them into geography data types.  I can see lots of tutorials for how this works for US Zip codes, for example this youtube video:

I want to be able to do that, but for UK Postcodes.  When I try, I just get question marks on the postcodes.
