Turn off "Show Changes" for a shared Excel doc

I'm creating a calendar tracking system for employee time off. It is share in Teams as an easy access document. I need everyone on the team to be able to edit the document whenever they want and be able to see in real time as their allotted vacation time decreases. The amount differs based on restricted HR data and as a result the team cannot see each other's data.
I've created a spreadsheet with a calendar entry system and a dashboard using vlookup and calculations that auto populates based on a code given to each individual. HOWEVER, the shared excel document tracks the changes and people can see each others codes. How do I turn off the edit tracking???
