Trying to set up Conditional Formatting or other

I have two ALPHA columns in Excel
($b19:$b126) 
($b131:$b290)

I want to red-flag all cells in the first group that are equal to any cells in the second group.

I used to program a lot in Excel but that was a decade ago.
