Trying to find who is working with
- Jun 18, 2021
Thanks for your time
I'm afraid this doesn't help
If we search on [Author] = Peter, which one should be picked?
IMHO You should have 2 criterias: Author then Film
BTW, what version of Excel do you run + Windows or Mac?

1/ Re. They have their own idAuthor and also the films
So you would not search by [Author] but by [idAuthor] right?
2/ You earlier said "the same author may appear twice...as he has done two professions at the same film"
In this case (same film) is the [idAuthor] different for the Screenwritter [Profession] and the Director [Profession]?>> Could you upload a picture of the actual table to hopefully clarify things please?
3/ Re. They have their own [idAuthor] and also the films so it wouln't be a problem
If you don't see any problem, given that on my side I still don't understand, you should look at the https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/filter-function-f4f7cb66-82eb-4767-8f7c-4877ad80c759 function
