Trying to add a new workbook into my Excel Spreadsheet. The "+" is not available.

Question

I'm trying to add a new tab (Workbook) to my spreadsheet, but the + sign is not available to click on.&nbsp; Does anyone know how to work around this?

Hello&nbsp;BethT,&nbsp;Can you send a print screen of the bottom of your workbook? I am curious what you see.&nbsp;In the meantime, you may press Shift+F11 or Alt+Shift+F1 to insert a new worksheet.

Perhaps you have protected workbook structure, you may check in File-&gt;Info

Sergei is correct, the workbook is protected, which disables the addition of worksheets. ("Tabs" are "worksheets", whereas the entire file is a "workbook".)
