Trouble with Map Graph
I'm not familiar with Argentina geography, took provinces from wiki, and it looks like map works

Having the country name and the provinces in separate columns fixed the issue with displaced and missing provinces. However, Antarctica still appears because "Tierra del Fuego" is officially called "Province of Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica and South Atlantic Islands".
I tried using "Island of Tierra del Fuego", but it didn't work.
Your chart works fine when I open the file, but if I try to create a new chart using the same table in the same file, Antarctica is still included.
Problem with La Rioja was - Filled Map recognizes it as same name province in Spain. Country column helps it to make correct choice. Also it could be fixed if to use "La Rioja province. Argentina" (not "La Rioja. Argentina" )
Why Antarctica is shown with Tierra del Fuego I don't know. I've seen the cases when Filled Map shows different results on different versions of Excel, even if data is processed on Microsoft servers. Just in case, my map was done on Current channel, same result is on Beta channel. Same if use for provinces geography data types.
Have no idea what to do else to fix that issue.
