Trouble shoot: File formatting is lost when shared with others

Dear All,

Hope you are well. Can anyone please help me. I have been creating files on Microsoft excel web using the templates. When I share the file through drive or even when I download them, all formatting gets lost. I have created so much data and files but in the end there is no formatting.

How to fix this issue? Even, later when I opened the file myself in my drive there is no formatting!
