Thank you so much. This looks like it should work, but when I tried to copy and paste this formula, it is returning the whole string into F3 rather than just the matched values? This is Office 365

That is an array formula entered by Ctrl+Shift+Enter instead of Enter. If only you are not on Insiders builds.
