Tracking changes

Hello,   I know all about the track changes legacy option however, I can not turn on the option because there are tables in my spreadsheet. Is there another way to track the changes?

Depends on your Excel version / platform. In Excel for web, and now in Desktop Beta versions there is Show Changes functionality.
