Touble with charts count of x-axis labels
I have a premade chart in which I would like to change the x:axis labels. Each label is a day of a certain month, so from may1-may30. After selecting this range in the select data source prompt. it only shows from may1-may26 and this is reflected on the chart. Any idea why it is leaving out those last few cells? Even when I select edit again the highlight shows that i did include may26-may30 but when I accept it does back to may1-may26.
All cells selected in that range.
After selecting ok this what shows in select data source. it stops at 26-may.

I see that you added screenshots.
Could you attach a copy of the workbook without sensitive data?

Try changing the x-axis to a date axis.
If you cannot attach a workbook here, could you make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?
Double-click the x-axis.
In the Axis Options task pane, make sure that the Maximum bound of the axis is set to Auto.
HansVogelaar Hi thank you for the reply. From what I see I only get that option with the y-axis labels and not for the x-axis labels. Maybe because my x-axis labels are text options?
