Top 3 Employees Listed by Shift
Setting up a tracker to help with employee recognition.
What I am trying to figure out is how to list the top three employees per shift, displaying their name and total points accumulated in the cells to the right of the entry lists.
Based on column B, displaying column A and sorted by and displaying column D.
I have attached what I have so far.

Hi Daniel,
I've updated the workbook with the possible solution.
But if the Shift is repeated in column B, the formula will pick up the first one.
Please review it and tell me what you thought.

Thank you for your assistance, however, the cells do not appear to update accordingly when an employee has more points added on.

They should be updated but it looks like that the calculation option in your workbook is set to Manual!
If so, please change it to Automatic by going to this path:
Formulas (Ribbon tab) >> Calculation >> Calculation Options >> Automatic
