Tool Bar is not on the right position

Hello Everyone,
So I've not been using my laptop for 1 weeks. Last time my dad was using it for Microsoft Excel. And now I discovered something weird that the toolbar is not on the right position. It seems like the button is oversize than usually. It bothering me while I'm using it. Anyone can help me? I attach the screenshot so you guys can see it more clearly

Zuka_99, it will happen to your dad like me, that after so many years using Excel, we have lost our sight and need to oversize toolbar and buttons more than usual.

This article can help you reset the size of the toolbar and buttons:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/turn-touch-mode-on-or-off-90e162b1-44f9-434f-bc2b-9321c989ea6e

Usually I tap Touch, which is larger than Mouse mode, on the Touch/Mouse Mode hand icon on the Quick Access Toolbar.
