Time vs Date Plots Help Please
Hello,
I have a long series of data that look like this sample:
Residual Value | Date | Time |
0 | 25/01/2024 | 19:01:36 |
0 | 26/01/2024 | 01:45:24 |
0 | 26/01/2024 | 07:13:15 |
0 | 26/01/2024 | 16:33:29 |
0 | 26/01/2024 | 20:31:30 |
0 | 27/01/2024 | 02:09:11 |
0 | 27/01/2024 | 07:42:02 |
0 | 27/01/2024 | 15:09:28 |
0 | 27/01/2024 | 20:37:51 |
0 | 28/01/2024 | 02:36:39 |
0 | 28/01/2024 | 10:21:07 |
0 | 28/01/2024 | 15:03:29 |
0 | 28/01/2024 | 21:57:21 |
0 | 29/01/2024 | 03:19:17 |
0 | 29/01/2024 | 11:50:38 |
0 | 29/01/2024 | 12:13:03 |
0 | 30/01/2024 | 01:20:39 |
When I try to plot the times vs dates this on a scatter excel is doing this and I can't seem to alter it:
I would like it to display like this (borrowed from another post):
Can anyone help me with this please is it's extremely frustrating?
Thank you in advance
Seb

This is the same chart but with unit length positive error bars used in place of markers.
Click on the chart.
On the Chart Design tab of the ribbon, click Select Data.
Select the series, then click Edit.
Set the x-values to the Date range, and the y-values to the Time range.
See the attached demo workbook.
