Time Sheet

Is there a way to use the below time sheet table to report the following on a different sheet? Thank you,

'Sunday 9th'
'Anthony'
'8am-3pm'

    =INDEX($B$3:$H$3,SMALL(IF(B4:H4="x",COLUMN(A:G)),1))
    =INDEX($B$3:$H$3,LARGE(IF(B4:H4="x",COLUMN(A:G)),1)+1)

    For the names along with the start and end time you can apply these formulas. Enter the formulas with ctrl+shift+enter if you don't work with Office 365 or Excel 2021.
