Time conversion
Hello!
I want to analyze a few points regarding the time taken to complete the task. The data is in the form of hours and minutes. I want it to be in an hourly format so I can then calculate the average time taken and total time. Example: the data for total resolution time for one ticket is 16h 34m, then how do I convert it into hours?

Let's say that you need to add two different time values together to get a total. Or, you need to subtract one time value from another to get the total time spent working on a project.
As you'll see in the link below, Excel makes it easy to add or subtract time.
