Three Condition Excel Tables
So working with Remuneration tables and am wondering if there is an elegant solution to finding a value if three factors are known.
ABCDE, T, I, II,III, IV
so I would be after the value that is attached to: B, T, 3 > 100
I've attached an EXCEL file for reference

GlennM1960 I believe what you ask for is in the attached sheet. Note that the formula in B15 is in its roughest form. That is, using direct cell references. You can make it easier to read and maintain if you would give meaningful names to the cell ranges references, though.
