That's nothing to fix here. That's not an error, system just alert you what created query could be incompatible with your version. If, for example, query was updated on Beta channel and you open it on current Channel; or it was updated on Current channel but on machine with newly build, you have such alert.
From my point of view that's useful, at least I know if some unexpected errors appear they could be due to incompatibility.
