Table relationship error

I am getting an error message when I try to update the data 

 

not enough system resources to display the dialog

    Where is the source for your Pivot Tables?

     

    Which data are you updating?

     

    What version of Excel are you using?

      Hi Wyn,

       

      I am using table 10 (Sheet: 2.2 List of initiatives) and table 2 (sheet: Summay Targets)

       

      Excel 2016

        How did you create your pivot tables, they don't appear to be connected to the tables in the usual way

         

        Did you use Create Relationships? 

         

        Also, it looks like a Table in and external file is being referenced..  Tracking Tool Iberia v7.6.xlsx
