Table format problem

What it looks likeWhat it looks like in previewWhat it looks like when printedThis is how the printout should look likeThese checkboxes checked as suggested in forumsMakes this, an outline on pageIf I use the line tool like this, see #3I have a layout problem. When I print an Excel document I dont get the cell lines, nether existing nor manual. In preview mode they are there but not when I print an pdf or send it to an printer. I have searched all kinds of forums but all I get is that I need to check the support line boxes. This is not helping. Even when I try to manually check a cell with thick lineall around it this rsults in nothing. I gor an warning though when I checked the boxes for showing the help lines did not work in older format saves. I guess this could be part of the problem. But the warning is about #text something. This problem appeared recently. I have the same pc since a couple of years. The document have worked fine before. Nobody else is having this issue.

I have Excel for 365. I dont know where to find more info about version.

I attach example of what it looks like. The printout on paper looks exactly like the pdf. I need the cell lines to be visible.

We had a brain storming session and succeded to solve it!

The solution was the checkbox "Black and white".

It must have been unchecked with som document.

I didn't even know what it did. Now I know. 🙂

    And the result:

Some fields are masked for obvious reason.

For info, in case of interest
