Table Creation

Hello everyone! I am trying to create a column graph on Excel but am having a bit of trouble with the data set I have. Here is an example of the data I have: -0.25 +/- 1.07.

I have this type of data for three time points and two different groups. Is there a way I can use the standard deviation of each time point in the graph individually instead of having a uniform standard deviation that Excel produces?
