Suspense Date Conditional Formatting Excluding Weekends

Hello,

I have a incident report that is due to me within 5 weekdays (duty days) after the incident happens.  I have a large spreadsheet that has the date the incident happened in column L and the date I received the report in column N.  I need the cell in column N (date report received) to turn orange if the report was received by me more than 5 weekdays after the incident.

Any help is appreciated.
