Support for stock chart as combo chart
Need assistance in creating a combo chart with stock and column chart combination.
Is this supported in Microsoft Excel?

Can you describe what you mean by those words? What exactly is a "stock and column chart"? Maybe point to an example? Are you speaking of stock as in the stock market, or stock as in a hardware store? Etc.
I'm quite sure that whatever it is is indeed possible in Excel, but it's important to start with an understanding of what is meant.
In excel, there is an option convert tabular data representation to chart representation.
We've a table with data and we've added it as stock chart type as High-Low-Close one.
I need to add Sales data column as column chart type as a combination by using combo chart feature.

Combo charts are possible. Whether the specific combination you're talking about is possible, I don't know. Here's an on-line reference that might help you with the "how to" if it is a viable combination.
