Support for MS Excel

Hi

I am unable to access/use the visio for the web option while working on the MS Excel add-in Organization Chart from Data. Even after logging in the Microsoft 365, I am not able to print the document. 

What should I do?

    Check Integration: Use a compatible browser and check for interfering extensions.
    Confirm Permissions: Make sure you have the necessary permissions.
    Update Office: Keep your Microsoft 365 apps up-to-date.
    Troubleshoot Add-in: Reinstall the add-in and check compatibility.
    Resolve Printing Issues: Check printer settings and page setup.
    Clear Cache: Clear browser cache and cookies.
