Superscript Text
Sorry, does not solve the problem I posted. Your solution superscripts the entire cells contents. I'm looking for a hot key solution like CTRL-H to make 2 characters in a cell of many characters superscript.
You are able to select just the two latter ST or RD, .. and make them superscript in a cell this way too.

I tested your suggestion and it does work even though when you select the letters you want to superscript, they are not highlighted. But this solution is the "manual" method of changing the desired letters to superscript for "one cell" only. The keystrokes needed have to be used for every cell you want to change.
With CTRL-H, you enter what you want to change, select Find All, then select Replace All and your are done. This "automatic method" is great when you need to change several thousands cells. Unfortunetly, when you select Format, Superscript for the Replace With data, it superscripts the "whole cell", not just the 2 letters you enter in the Replace With box.
