Summing won't update automatically
Hi,
Suddenly the summing codes that I've put up won't update automatically when I change the values being summed. Also when I drag a summing code from a cell in one row to another, it doesn't sum the values in the other row, but just copies the value of the first cell.
I'm soon having an exam where I'm using excel, and would highly appreciate any help.

Make sure that Calculation Options on the Formulas tab of the ribbon is set to Automatic.
Also check that there is no message 'Circular References' in the status bar at the bottom of the window.
