Summing with percentages

Hi All!

I am working on a solution for a non profit where I got to sum up based on a percentage criteria and I am trying to figure out the right formula.

Sum Range

I need to sum an entire F column based on if column H is greater than or equal to 80%. I cant seem to figure it out. Ive tried sumif, sumifs, If/thens and nothing is working. Anyone have similar problems or any solutions?
