Summary tab from multiple tabs

Hello, I have multiple tabs all of the same layout that I would like to pull into a summary tab.

The separate tabs are laid out like a form as below and would want to pull all of the headings in with the inputted data as a list so I can filter and create pivots/charts.  I know that i can = the fields in the summary and pull in that way but hoping there is an easier way.  Many thanks
