Summarizing data from multiple sheets and multiple workbooks?

I'm in a sheet called annual Summary 2022 which is in workbook 2022 LWDBC,xls.. The year is November through October so I need to be able to include information from November & December 2021 which is in workbook 2021 LWDBC.xls.

How do I write the formula?
