SUMIFS Online vs Desktop

So, I have an array of data, and I need to use sumifs. when I put in the formula online it doesn't work, every time it answers with 0. However, when I copy and paste into Excel for Desktop, it's flawless. 

My question is:

Are there different requirements for Sumifs online vs Sumifs on Desktop?

    What formula exactly?
    Can you perhaps share a small workbook that demonstrates the problem? Preferably share a OneDrive link, so we can also try entering that formula.
