Sumifs giving wrong result

Hi 

I have data, where I wanted to sum if amount falls between date range and spent from specific bank. I have used Sumifs formula, out of 12 incidences, 10 times the formula worked wrong as I checked by filtering the data.

I can't seem to find why it has worked on those 2 incidences.

I would be grateful if someone can look into it.
