Sumifs for LTM Revenue over Unique Customers

Hello,

 

Please see my attached excel but I do not know why my excel function does not work. The logics does make sense to me. Please advise. I do not know how to attach an excel file on here by the way. I tried to create a table and it keeps giving me error message. Thanks!

 

The formula I am using: 

=SUMIFS($F$5:$F$19,$D$5:$D$19,"<"&EDATE(F$2,-12),$D$5:$D$19,">="&F$2,$B$5:$B$19,B22)

    You may not be able to. The alternative is to put it on OneDrive or GoogleDrive (or equivalent) and post a link here. Those are very workable ways....
