Sumifs: change summed data automatically

The filters are drop down menu, if you click on the cell you can adjust the result.

That doesn't matter how many rows do you have, 3 or 300 000. What matters is how filters are to be applied, all together with AND condition or by other way. If first, perhaps car registration shall be excluded from filters since this field defines all the rest.

For now I do not need to use the registration as filter but I may in the future. However, in my application it does not affect what I am trying to do.
