SUMIFS 2 values not empty

As visible on the picture above, I'm looking for a formula that allows the outcome in column G for A to be "6-1-21", for B to be empty, for C to be empty. Translation note: SOMMEN.ALS is SUMIFS, and #WAARDE is #VALUE.
