SUM UP THE VALUES IN THE COLUMNS

Hello,  I have attached a file. i have to sum up the value. can you please check the sample file?

    That looks like homework.

    Which means you are supposed to come up with the solutions/formulas.

     

    However, I will give you a hint: SUMIFS().
