Sum up and exclude value

I tried to look for the answer in the online Excel manual but could not find it. My question is how to sum up 3 values and divide them by 3 with the sidenote that I don't want to include the numbers -1 and 130. The first part is easy, but how to I write down to exclude the numbers? I thank you very much in advance for your answer!
