Sum up and exclude value

Hello, I tried to look for the answer in the online Excel manual but could not find it. My question is how to sum up 3 values and divide them by 3 with the sidenote that I don't want to include...

You may use SUMIFS https://support.office.com/en-us/article/sumifs-function-c9e748f5-7ea7-455d-9406-611cebce642b to sum and COUNTIFS https://support.office.com/en-us/article/countifs-function-dda3dc6e-f74e-4aee-88bc-aa8c2a866842 to count with conditions
