Hi Use sumif function, column C (content) and D (value) =SUMIF(C2:C6,"Valid Content",D2:D6)
Cosmetic comment. Since % is required, perhaps
=SUMIF(C2:C6,"Valid Content",D2:D6) / SUM(D2:D6)
