substitutions into entry cell when result cell depends upon many other cells

I want to substitute a list of 4,000 constants in turn into an entry cell that feeds a number of other cells that in turn feed a result cell. I want to store the value in the result cell after each of those substitutions into the entry cell. How do i do that? Data table wont work.
